St. Andrew's Society Golf Outing

Dear Members,

Our next outing is at Southlinks, Batam on Saturday 23^rd of June

The price for this event is S$160 (society members), S$170 (non-members), for which you will receive the following:

• Green Fees for 18 holes
• Buggy, shared caddy & insurance
• Return ferry Harbourfront – Batam – Harbourfront
• Lunch is not included but will be available a la carte.

Except for those with a multiple entry visa for Indonesia, you will require US$10 or S$18 in cash for your VOA

We depart from Harbourfront on the 08:20 ferry and will return on the 17:00 ferry (Batam time), arrival Singapore ~18:40 (Singapore time).  Please be at Harbourfront by 07.20.

Please let me know by email as soon as you can if you want to play. Please also complete the form below that includes your passport number and expiry date. (If I already have your details and nothing has changed just send me the email, and let me know how you intend to pay).

The cut-off date is Sunday 8^th January. There will be no refund for no show unless a replacement can be found prior to the date.
